First, the material performance is superior

Because the precision stainless steel tube contains Cr, Ni, Ti and other elements.Cr element can significantly improve the strength, hardness, wear resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of stainless steel, especially in industrial application;Nickel element can improve the strength of stainless steel tube, maintain the toughness of stainless steel, acid and alkali has high corrosion resistance, acid and alkali environment on the human respiratory tract, skin, eyes will have different degrees of influence, so the role of nickel element is very important;Titanium ensures the compactness of stainless steel tubes and avoids intergranular corrosion.

Second, the production process is rigorous

1. Calendering and annealing: heat the workpiece to a predetermined temperature, and heat treat the cooled metal after holding for a period of time.This step is to prevent the workpiece deformation, cracking, convenient workpiece cutting processing.

2, slitting: the stainless steel plate volume, cut into the corresponding width, so as to carry out the next step of deep processing and pipe making.When dividing, we should pay attention to the scraping of the slitting knife on the plate.

3, welding: the use of argon arc welding and plasma welding, argon arc welding shield gas is pure argon gas, mainly welding the stainless steel pipe below 3mm, plasma welding has a strong penetration, mainly welding 5-8mm stainless steel pipe.

4, shaping: stainless steel welded pipe process is called extrusion production, all the square tube and rectangular tube, are originally from the round tube, through the production of the same circumference of the tube and then extruded into the corresponding square tube and rectangular tube, and finally with mold shaping and straightening.

5, cutting: stainless steel tube for cutting process is relatively rough, most of them are cut with grinding wheel, after cutting will produce cloak, need to be further trimmed;The other one is band saw cutting, which has relatively good accuracy. There is also cape heat treatment. For pipes with special purposes, it is necessary to carry out bright heat treatment, so that the ductility of pipes can reach a higher level.

6, polishing: the use of mechanical polishing method, by cutting, plastic deformation of the surface of the material to remove the polished convex and get a smooth surface.

7. Inspection: inspection, mainly check whether the outer diameter and thickness of the pipe are up to the standard, whether the surface treatment is up to the standard, and whether the welding process is up to the standard.
